a. Take the shady route:-

Wearing tight full-sleeved shirts, long trousers and hats are one of the steps which can help you to reduce exposure to sunlight. There are even special fabrics and softeners which makes a coating over your clothes to protect you from sun rays.

The myth is that smoking gives you temporary relief from stress. But this enjoyment of moments can have permanent effects on your skin. Smoking dilutes and narrows our blood flow, decreases the level of oxygen in our body. It also damages the collagen and elastin of your body which makes your skin lose its elasticity and makes it look paler. Even the facial movements you do while smoking contributes to wrinkles and last but not least smoking causes cancer.
c. Take the gentle approach:-
Cleaning your face and shaving on a daily basis is good but it also can take a toll on your skin by taking all the oils from the skin and making it rough and dry. To avoid this you should:-
- Avoid Long Baths:-
Had a long and stressful day? After this only one thing comes into your mind a long hot water shower/bath. This might reduce your stress levels but it increases the stress on your skin. Instead of taking a hot water bath, you should take a lukewarm water bath.
- Shave nicely and calmly:-
Before shaving first of all wash your face with lukewarm then use proper shaving cream, gels and foam for the same. Don’t forget to use a sharp and sanitized razor for the same. Use aftershave lotion for soothing your skin. Shave in the direction of hair growth as doing it in opposite direction irritates the skin.
- Don’t rub to dry:-
For drying your face always pat your face with a towel after a bath and a nice wash so that a little moisture remains on your skin.

Have dry skin? Always make sure you select a moisturizer that suits your skin type.

A proper diet can do miracles on your skin. If you increase the intake of proteins, fruits & vegetables it will promote happy and healthy skin.
e. Say no to stress:-
Too much stress can make your skin prone to sensitivity and acne attacks. To minimize your stress levels by getting enough sleep, maintaining a proper routine, do things that make you happy. Believe if you start doing these things your skin results will make you even happier.
